Meet the Team

Hi, I’m Mulu Lautz, the owner and operator of Bennett Dog Business. My love for animals has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. Growing up with dogs, I developed a deep understanding of their needs, behaviors, and personalities, which has shaped my approach to pet care.

I started Bennett Dog Business in January 2023, driven by my passion for providing pets with a safe, loving, and structured environment while their owners are away. My goal is to treat every pet like my own, making sure they feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for—whether they’re staying for the day or an extended period.

Why I Do This

I understand that leaving your pet with someone else can be stressful, which is why I strive to create a space where both pets and their owners feel secure and at ease. I specialize in working with dogs of all temperaments, including those that need extra patience and understanding.

My experience spans across:
✔ Puppies who need training and structure.
✔ Senior pets requiring extra care and comfort.
✔ Rescue dogs who need time to build trust.
✔ Anxious or antisocial dogs who do best in a quiet environment.

At home, I have two dogs of my own:

Mike, a senior American Bully who loves lounging and snuggles.

Chance, a playful 4-year-old Pitbull who enjoys making new friends.

Jason is the proud owner of Fido’s Play and brings years of hands-on experience in pet care. He began his journey on Rover and quickly built a reputation for being dependable, compassionate, and knowledgeable.

Jason has fostered and cared for countless rescue dogs, from fragile puppies to senior dogs with special needs. His calm presence and deep understanding of canine behavior make him a favorite among even the shyest pups.
