Client Agreement & Booking Policies

• All services must be booked at least 3 hours in advance.
   
• Payment is due upon arrival on the first day of service.
   

Accepted payment methods:

• Time To Pet Portal (credit/debit – 3% fee applies)
   
• Zelle
   
• Venmo
   
• PayPal
   
• Cash App
   

❌ Cash and checks are not accepted.
 

• We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
   

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or special care instructions at the time of booking.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for pets exhibiting aggressive or unsafe behavior.
   

• In the event of an emergency, Bennett Dog Business is authorized to seek veterinary care.
   
• We will always attempt to contact you or your emergency contact first.
   
• Clients are responsible for all veterinary expenses.
   
• Emergency fees may apply during natural disasters or evacuations.
   

• Late pick-ups may incur hourly or daily charges, depending on the service.
   
• Pets not picked up within 48 hours without communication may be surrendered to a local shelter. All fees will still apply.
   

• The client assumes all risks associated with pet care and boarding.
   
• Bennett Dog Business is not responsible for illness, injury, or death unless caused by gross negligence.
   
• Your pet may interact with other dogs; by booking, you accept the risks involved.
   

• Clients are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to property or belongings.
   

• We may take photos or videos of your pet for social media and marketing.
   
• If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing before service begins.
   

• If a pet passes away in our care due to natural causes or unforeseen health issues, we will notify you immediately.
   
• We are not liable unless negligence is proven.
   

Please bring the following for any overnight stays:

• Enough food for the full stay (pre-portioned if possible)
   
• Medications (if needed)
   
• Diapers for females in heat
   
• Leash, food bowls, and comfort item (bed/blanket or a T-shirt with your scent)
   

• All pets are cared for in our 2,800 sq ft home, with 24/7 supervision and 6+ hours of structured indoor playtime each day in a calm, secure environment.
   

• A $20 holiday fee per visit applies to all bookings that fall on a national holiday.
   

By booking with Bennett Dog Business, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms listed above. You authorize BDB to act in your pet’s best interest in case of emergency and accept full responsibility under these policies.
