How to Book:
You can book directly through our website or by calling/texting (757) 949-8433.
Booking Requirements:
All services must be booked at least 3 hours in advance.
Payments:
Payments are due at the start of service.
No deposits required. No cash accepted.
Discounts:
Military Discount: 15% off (with valid ID)
New Client Discount: 10% off first booking
Referral Program: $20 credit for you and the person you refer when they book
Holiday Surcharge:
A $5 surcharge applies to all services on federal holidays.
Meet & Greet:
A free 1-hour Meet & Greet is available to ensure your pet is a great fit before booking.
Service Locations:
Facility: For energetic dogs, unlimited spots, staffed by Mulu + 2 sitters, indoor-only setup (great for escape artists), 8+ hours of daily playtime
Home: For antisocial dogs or those needing a quieter environment, limited to 4 dogs max. Supervised by Mulu and her husband, who works from home.
What to Bring for Boarding or Sitting:
Food, bowls, leash, medications (if needed), and any comfort items like a bed or favorite toy.
Other Info:
Both locations offer at least 8 hours of playtime and personalized attention
Medication administration is included at no extra cost
Daily updates with photos/videos are provided
Extra pet fee is $5 per pet
