Care Rates & Rewards

Simple, Clear Rates

Our rates are based on calendar days or nights—not hours—so you can drop off and pick up anytime within your booking window, with no extra fees. Medication administration and meet-and-greets are included at no extra cost. Payment is due on the first day of service. A one-time $20 fee applies on major U.S. holidays.

Additional pets: $10 per dog and $5 per cat.

Military Family Savings

We’re grateful for military families and offer 15% off for active-duty service members, veterans, and military spouses. Please provide verification, such as a military or veteran ID, active-duty orders, or a uniform at the time of service. The discount applies to the subtotal and generally can’t be combined with other percentage-based offers.
